Job summary

Quality Liaison Services is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site quality inspection teams in the Detroit area. You will manage daily operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure adherence to work instructions at client facilities.

As the main contact between QLS and the client's plant management, you will monitor performance, lead safety briefings, and escalate critical quality issues to the regional operations manager. This is a full-time, on-site position in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor on-site Quality Technician teams
• Coordinate daily work schedules and staffing for assigned projects
• Serve as the primary contact between QLS and the client's plant management
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality protocols
• Conduct on-site safety briefings and ensure PPE compliance
• Escalate critical quality issues to the regional operations manager
