Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Ability to use hand-held measuring tools and equipment.
• Inspect samples and ensure product quality meets specs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards.
• Inspect samples from each lot for defects to meet specs.
• Communicate quality expectations to team members.
• Train and observe employees in using measuring equipment and calibration.
• Approve incoming materials by verifying specs and conducting verifications.
• Approve in-process production and finished products by confirming specs and documenting results.
• Document inspection results and rejection notices as required.
• Sign off on work orders and inspection documents when products pass.
