Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Inspector to perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections, document review, and analytical testing. You will program and operate automated inspection equipment and prepare shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with FDA/ISO quality systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced setting, and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDA and ISO Quality Systems including SPC and calibrations.
• Experience with ISO 9000 standards and GMPs.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office; knowledge of QMS Master Control, MeasureLink and other Quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and release incoming materials and perform analytical testing as required.
• Review and approve Batch Production Records for each job.
• Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Deviations, DCNs, OOS and ECRs.
• Assist in design and drawing reviews and recommend improvements.
• Support shift personnel with quality issues and measurement techniques.
• Input and manage expiration/retest data for materials.
