Job summary

First Call Staffing is seeking an FCQS Associate to inspect customer-owned parts at customer locations or First Call Quality facilities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and customer work instructions while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety.

You will tag materials, document inspection results, and support continuous improvement with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and pass pre-employment drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and gauges; measurement techniques.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspects customer-owned parts and materials per SOPs and customer work instructions.
• Tags materials and records inspection results accurately.
• Completes project sheets and inspection logs.
• Reports quality issues or abnormalities to Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Maintains professional behavior, attendance, and responsiveness.
