Cretex Medical is seeking a Quality Engineer Intern to provide technical support across quality projects. The role is on-site in Dassel, MN, with a 40-hour work week.

You will assist with process improvements, quality system compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and operations. The internship offers exposure to the latest manufacturing technologies and opportunities to grow in quality engineering within a medical device-focused group.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal customer technical support.
• Support manufacturability improvements and process/design changes.
• Assist with quality system compliance (ISO and medical device requirements).
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
• Understand customer needs and core markets served.
