Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with concrete, precast preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret Casting Drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Tests concrete samples to ensure compliance.
• Monitors product strength and determines necessary corrective actions.
• Documents measurements and verifies calculations.

Skills

Hands-on experience with concrete

Ability to read and understand FDOT and NPCA requirements

Ability to communicate effectively

Basic geometry understanding

Ability to work in various weather conditions
