Precise Tool & Manufacturing Inc. in Rochester, NY is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the Quality Control Department and ensure products meet customer specifications.

This on-site, full-time role requires overseeing inspectors, coordinating QC activities, and maintaining calibration and nonconforming material processes. Applicants should have extensive experience with CMM programming (Pc-DMIS), GD&T, SPC, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Competenze

• 15 years of experience inspecting precision machined metal parts.
• 10 years programming inspection for precision machined parts on a CMM using Pc-DMIS.
• Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality management system.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee the Quality Control Department operations and staff.
• Ensure adherence to department, organization, and customer specifications.
• Plan and direct daily QC activities and priorities.
• Perform inspections on first article, in-process, shop floor, and final inspections as needed.
• Maintain calibration system and manage nonconforming material interfaces.
