Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for a mega-scale campus. You report to the Quality Control Director and operate independently from schedule pressures to verify conformance to design, specs, and codes.

You will partner with commissioning and site teams to ensure durable turnover and compliance. Requirements include 10+ years in construction QA/QC on large projects, a related degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction quality (QA/QC) experience on large-scale projects.
• Leadership in owner/operator or GC QA/QC environments preferred.
• Knowledge of CSA and MEP QA/QC, turn-over docs, and nonconformance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the owner-side QA/QC program for campus scopes.
• Audit contractor QA/QC, verify inspections, tests and documentation.
• Identify, document, and close nonconformances with root-cause actions.
• Ensure turnover readiness and collaboration with Commissioning Manager.
