Department of Homeland Security - Sector Headquarters in Edinburg, TX seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the contract quality control program and serve as the official point of contact for quality activities. This on-site leadership role requires the ability to recruit, train, and manage staff, coordinate audits, and implement improvements to meet government standards.

The QCM will oversee budgeting, planning, and enforcement of policies; ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1 and related safety

• Must have experience leading quality control programs.
• Strong ability to plan, monitor, and review job contributions and budgets.
• Proven track record in audits and compliance controls.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; set expectations and review performance.
• Develop quality control plans, identify critical control points, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead audits, data analysis, and process improvements; monitor inventories and compliance.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations management to drive product quality and process improvements.
