Job summary

NOVAe LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to work on-site inside a men’s correctional facility near Clarinda, IA. The role focuses on inspecting, testing, and ensuring the quality of trailer components at various production stages while collaborating with production teams to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and train personnel.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with QA processes in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of trailer manufacturing, fabrication, coating and assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and complete paperwork accurately.
• Comfort working on-site inside a facility and in production areas.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, parts, in-process and finished trailers to ensure quality.
• Record inspection data and maintain documentation for all checks.
• Prepare quality reports and non-conformance documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Purchasing to investigate root causes.
• Provide guidance and training on quality matters to operators.
