Job summary

Premier America Credit Union is seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join on-site, driving QA processes across multiple Agile pods. You will focus on manual and automated testing, validating front-end and back-end functionality, and supporting the credit union’s digital-first strategy.

The role emphasizes regression testing, API validation, and collaboration with BAs, Scrum teams, and developers to improve testing efficiency and quality. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of QA experience including automation and manual testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong background in manual and automated testing with focus on regression and API testing.
Certifications in QA methodologies or tools (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium, Postman) preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute manual and automated QA processes, including regression testing.
Validate front-end and back-end functionality across web and mobile platforms.
Design, implement, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
Lead QA efforts across multiple Agile Scrum teams focusing on automation and regression testing.
Coordinate UAT support activities with business stakeholders.
Analyze defect data to improve test coverage and quality.
