Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in inventory control or field service, and a valid driver’s license. MEC certification and forklift training are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory control or field service experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Must obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC).
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in rental/pump industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field, often with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Field repairs: Travel to customer locations to maintain and repair Ironclad Environmental Solutions equipment on-site.
• Yard assistance: Clean and repair rental equipment to ensure it is rental-ready; perform minor welding and pump repairs.
• Rotating equipment: Disassemble, evaluate, and repair pumps, motors, and gearboxes; troubleshoot and replace parts as needed.
• Documentation and safety: Record work performed, parts used, and any follow-up repairs; adhere to safety protocols.
