Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent patient-care and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely assist patients and perform the physical demands of a clinical setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Apply appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the Physical Therapist.
• Document treatments accurately and in a timely manner.

• Provide compassionate and professional patient care.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth coordination of care.
