Core Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on-site at Blue Springs, MO and Overland Park, KS. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $38.00 per hour, based on experience, availability, and licensure.

This full-time PTA position operates under licensed Physical Therapists, delivering high-quality rehabilitation in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and advancing patient care across two Kansas City-area locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current PTA license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor patient performance and response to treatment.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapists.
• Educate patients on prescribed home exercise programs.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused treatment environment.

This is an on‑site position working under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
