University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach on-site in South Korea for the Psychology program. Adjuncts will engage adult learners, provide feedback, and connect course concepts across the program in a dynamic, global setting.

Local applicants only; Master’s in Psychology required. Training and benefits are available, with salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional experience in Psychology or related field.
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education preferred.
• Local applicants only; must maintain legal status in country of teaching.

Responsabilités

• Actively engage students through frequent interaction and motivation.
• Guide students in collaboration and application of learning in problem- and project-based learning.
• Provide regular constructive feedback using rubrics for assessment.
• Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and connect concepts across the program.
• Provide feedback to the program chair on curricular improvements.
