Job summary

One Call is seeking a detail-oriented Provider Data Analyst to join our Monterrey team. The role focuses on initial setup, loading, maintenance, and ongoing management of provider demographic, credentialing, and contracting data within OneCall systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable handling large data sets, with strong communication skills for internal teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• General data management and data entry experience in healthcare-like settings is a plus.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, enter, update, maintain, and validate provider data in OneCall systems.
• Manage provider demographics, credentialing, contracting data.
• Activate, deactivate, and terminate provider records per policy.
• Research and update provider information as requested.
• Respond to inquiries about provider information and data accuracy.
• Contact providers by phone or email to obtain or verify information.
• Perform data validation and quality checks for completeness and accuracy.
