Job summary

E.V. Bishoff Company is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated on-site team, and ensure exceptional service to tenants and prospective tenants.

Role is Monday to Friday, with on-site responsibilities. You will conduct site inspections, manage permits and contracts, coordinate materials delivery, enforce safety standards, and present reports to the Superintendent and Regional Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in apartment or building site management.
• Proven track record retaining customers/tenants.
• Strong knowledge of building compliance and regulations at local and state levels.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage tenant appreciation activities
• Coordinate and supervise on site personnel and subcontractors
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and E.V. Bishoff's quality standards
• Walk the building several times daily
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise promptly and professionally
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Manage site documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports
• Prepare and present site reports to the Superintendent and Regional Property Manager
• Schedule and coordinate materials delivery
• Keep common areas in pristine condition and well supplied
• Facilitate regular site meetings to discuss project updates and address all concerns.
• Ensure complete tenant satisfaction
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and have them addressed and corrected
• Maintain high attention to detail
• Foster a positive culture for the tenants and the staff
