Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in property maintenance (HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliances)
• 5+ years supervisory experience leading maintenance teams
• EPA/HVAC Universal Certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and coordinate day-to-day tasks
• Supervise and mentor the on-site maintenance team
• Ensure preventative & reactive maintenance for building systems
• Uphold safety, compliance, and company policies
• Maintain records of service requests, maintenance, and vendor coordination
• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, and onboarding
• Provide excellent resident service and timely updates on work timelines
