GRW Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Resident Project Representative to provide full-time on-site construction observation for water and wastewater projects. You will review plans and specifications to ensure conformance with contract documents.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, clear communication with project teams, and the ability to manage field activities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of direct observation, design, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, county and local codes.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply code requirements to construction situations.
• Ability to document work clearly and track pay item quantities.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and specifications on-site.
• Provide full-time on-site construction observation services for water and wastewater projects.
• Ensure work complies with plans and specifications.
• Document completed work and track pay item quantities; identify defects.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
