DEPCOM Power is seeking an on-site Project Manager for the Southwest portfolio to lead the execution of utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.

You will build and lead project teams, apply principle-based management to strengthen ownership and execution discipline, and manage cost, schedule, and quality while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships across locations in Holtville, CA and

Competenze

• Experience managing EPC, industrial, infrastructure, utility-scale renewable energy, or large capital projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, risk mitigation, contracts, or customer commitments.
• Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders.
