Job summary

You will begin at client intake and guide projects through production, owning Monday.com or another project tool. A bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required, with 3–6+ years in project management or product commercialization in manufacturing (nutraceuticals, food, or pharma).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• 3–6+ years of project management or product commercialization in manufacturing.
• Experience with raw materials, softgels, tablets, capsules, or powder blending.
• Strong organization, risk management, and proficiency with project software (MS Project, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Timeline & Budget: Build project schedules, track milestones, and manage resource allocation using project tools.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal departments—Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Operations, and Quality to meet delivery dates.
• Quote Process: Work with procurement to ensure cost-effective execution and provide final cost model to finance.
• Client Communication: Serve as a secondary point of contact for external brand partners, working closely with account management and sales.
