Job summary

Kaufman Lynn Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help drive project success through client relations, budgeting, scheduling and adherence to contract requirements. The role involves hands-on site work, mentoring the Project Engineer, and ensuring high quality results for the client.

Based at the jobsite office, hours may vary with some after-hours, weekends or holidays. This position serves as a training ground to advance to a Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager with budget and schedule control.
• Coordinate with project team and subs to maintain cost and quality targets.
• Manage documentation, RFIs, submittals in Procore.
• Mentor and develop the Project Engineer on the project.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
