• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors.
• Lead safety meetings and maintain safety logs.
• Communicate with the project team to resolve issues and keep operations smooth.
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment.
• Apply Quality Control best practices to meet quality standards.
• Complete paperwork professionally and promptly.
• Support cost control by tracking labor hours and PO logs.
• Gain knowledge of building codes and ensure compliance.
