At least two years of supervisory or team leader experience managing workloads.
Responsibilities
Supervise contractor personnel.
Manage all workload and schedules.
Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and the government.
Provide guidance and oversight to ensure quality of work.
Ensure all contractor personnel adhere to government policies.
Provide statistical information as needed.
Share research techniques with government employees.
Ensure cases are assigned according to priority.
Inform the COR about additional casework needs.
