• Sound knowledge of immigration and criminal justice laws and regulations.
• At least two years of supervisory or team leader experience managing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor personnel.
• Manage all workload and schedules.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor and the government.
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure quality of work.
• Ensure all contractor personnel adhere to government policies.
• Provide statistical information as needed.
• Share research techniques with government employees.
• Ensure cases are assigned according to priority.
• Inform the COR about additional casework needs.
