AMVAC CHEMICAL CORP. is seeking a Production Planner in Axis, Alabama to develop and maintain production schedules that meet demand, targets, and capacity.

The role collaborates with Operations, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure material availability and efficient use of resources on-site. The position focuses on daily planning, scheduling accuracy, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards in a 24/7 plant environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning, scheduling, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing/plant environment preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP planning systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Use MRP/ERP to plan material requirements, production orders and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to align material availability with plans.
• Communicate plans and constraints to stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules and adjust for equipment, labor, or supply changes.
• Support inventory control activities and reconcile variances.
