The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with five years of product design/engineering experience and is proficient in SolidWorks,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of experience in product design, development, or engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials (a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Find, design, develop, and enhance products to meet customer and market requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct testing and validation of products to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, customers, and field service representatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product designs and processes.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn or train in the position.
