Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from accredited school
• Current unencumbered Florida APRN license with NP certification
• Minimum of three years clinical experience
• Current BLS certification
• Working knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver office-based primary care for all ages with emphasis on wellness, chronic disease management, and acute episodic care.
• Provide thorough patient assessment, treatment, and care planning.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate with other specialists as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and patient confidentiality.
