Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking a Project Manager for an established general contractor delivering commercial projects across Manhattan. This on-site role oversees projects from preconstruction through handover, averaging about $5 million, with a strong preference for interiors, fit-out or renovation experience.

Candidates should have a minimum of four years in commercial PM and be able to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

At least four years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing schedules, budgets, procurement and subcontractors.
Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders and cost control.
On-site Manhattan work; coordination with clients, consultants and field teams.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and procurement plans.
Coordinate clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams.
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts and potential financial risks.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to the Director of Projects.
Work closely with field teams to maintain progress, quality and site coordination.
Ensure work complies with contract documents, drawings and specifications.
Manage punch lists, closeout documentation and final project handover.
