Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read process traveler and fill out completed operations.
• Ability to perform simple cleaning operations.
• Ability to assist as a helper to trained operators.
• Able to follow verbal and written direction.
• Able to use basic hand tools such as wrenches and clamps.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of the part before, during, and after processing.
• Operates machinery and instruments necessary to safely perform the job function, including routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Locate and understand relevant Quality system documentation in the Valence computer system.
• Follow Valence ROUTER procedures and fill out routers accurately.
• Process parts competently with little or no supervision.
• Avoid damage to parts and protect them from damage.
