Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sanitation management or supervisory roles in food manufacturing or service.
• Knowledge of FDA, USDA, and local health codes; GMP familiarity.
• Ability to work on-site with flexible hours and physically active tasks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sanitation activities to ensure a clean, safe production environment.
