Murfreesboro, TN operations role with Kroger Co. seeks an on-site supervisor to plan, coordinate and oversee daily department activities, ensuring Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) goals are met.

Lead area supervisors, optimize line scheduling and drive TPM-based improvements while upholding Kroger’s food safety standards. The ideal candidate has manufacturing supervisory experience, TPM knowledge and the ability to interpret complex instructions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of department operations and procedures.
• Ability to understand complex verbal and written instructions.
• Manufacturing plant supervisor experience.
• Working knowledge of TPM.

Responsabilités

• Direct area supervisors and associates in safe manufacturing practices.
• Validate scheduling to maximize line efficiency and minimize labor costs.
• Communicate production plans and maintenance needs for current and next day.
• Address quality or safety defects across levels for prompt action.
• Support the plant safety process and ensure SQR standards are met.
• Oversee plant areas to maintain safety and quality compliance.
• Follow programs to produce safe, quality foods meeting regulatory requirements.
• Coach and review direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
