Job summary
A leading infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee operations at their Auburn facility. The successful candidate will ensure safety compliance, lead production scheduling, and promote a continuous improvement culture. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years in a leadership role within an industrial environment. Offering an attractive salary range of $130,000 to $135,000 annually plus benefits including a yearly bonus, vacation, and 401k.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working in a leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience with precast/concrete or building materials is a plus.
- Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the day in a production/plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the plant employees and guests comply with safety practices.
- Lead production scheduling to meet customer needs.
- Partner with engineering to ensure proper drawings are used.
