Trident Refit Facility in Bangor is hiring during the Federal Civilian Hiring Event. Join us at Newlife Event Center in Silverdale, WA on September 25–26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. On-site positions in Silverdale include full benefits and competitive hourly wages for pipefitting roles.

Pipefitters interpret ship plans, install and repair piping, ensure proper slope and elevation, and coordinate with maintenance teams. Sign-on bonuses up to $5,000 are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Interpret ship plans, blueprints, and sketches to plan submarine piping layouts.
• Install, modify, and repair piping systems with correct slope and elevation.
• Identify and remove piping conflicts aboard submarines to support maintenance teams.
