Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals.
• Provide hands-on orthopedic interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate with referring physicians.
• Ensure a clean, safe treatment environment and participate in clinic initiatives.
