Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union in Endwell, NY is seeking a Physical Security Specialist to support access control, video, burglar alarm systems, and security software across branch locations. You will issue badges, manage parking passes and keys, and monitor fire safety equipment.

This full-time, on-site role operates Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM with rotating Saturday shifts; compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour. Travel to Visions branches may be required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 1–3 years of relevant security experience.
• 3–5 years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support access control, video, burglar alarm, and security software systems; issue and track badges, parking passes, and keys.
• Complete branch security reviews and badge audits; maintain reports.
• Monitor fire detection and alarm equipment and keep inspection records.
• Evaluate service requests and coordinate with partners for offsite access.
• Investigate property damage; work with law enforcement as needed; enforce account restrictions.
• Assist with security training and provide back-up coverage.
