Qualifications

• National Phlebotomy Certification required or obtained per state.
• Proficiency in venipuncture, aseptic technique, and specimen handling.
• Experience with Epic EMR or similar systems preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work independently in client-embedded settings.

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy & Specimen Collection: obtain blood specimens with venipuncture and maintain specimen integrity.
• Collection Coordination & Logistics: schedule draws, coordinate times, monitor shipments, and log collection data.
• Customer Support: assist with ordering, requisitions, and respond to inquiries; support Tempus Financial Assistance Program.
