We require an active CPhT with NC registration and prior data entry experience. The position offers day shifts, with weekend rotation and on-call coverage as needed, in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Active CPhT certification required.
• Current NC Board of Pharmacy registration in good standing.
• Prior pharmacy data entry experience required.
• Long-term care pharmacy, hospital, or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process prescriptions, patient profiles, medication orders, and related pharmacy information.
• Review pharmacy data for completeness and accuracy.
• Process insurance and billing information and assist with resolving claim issues.
• Maintain accurate patient, medication, and order records.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and the pharmacy team to support workflow.
• Assist with additional shift coverage when needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow policy and regulatory requirements.
