Responsibilities

• Serve as proxy pharmacist-on-duty, managing daily operations.
• Coach the pharmacy team and provide feedback to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Deliver immunizations and support technicians to learn immunization procedures.
• Help resolve insurance and medication issues to support positive patient experiences.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Assist in scheduling and contribute to a safe, inclusive team environment.
