Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree (verifiable).
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice (in good standing).
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Able to start on a contingent basis (preferred/strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications in accordance with laws and standards.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
• Monitor patient medication compliance and identify overuse patterns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation.
• Supervise/support pharmacy staff and promote efficient workflow.
• Maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies.
