Job summary

First Horizon Bank Operations is seeking a Performance Manager to coach, develop, and drive the performance of a designated team of virtual Business Service Center agents within a contact center environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to attendance and employment policies, autonomy, and strong business acumen in coordinating bank activities or product lines. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year college) and 2-4 years of experience (or equivalent).
• 5-10 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Responsibilities

• Coaches and supports team with a goal of continuous growth and skill improvement.
• Inspires exceptional performance by managing at an individual level and leading by example.
• Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
