Job summary

Optimum Performance Institute Woodland Hills is seeking a Part-Time Driver to transport staff and participants, ensuring safe, on-time arrivals between offices and residences. The role supports the treatment team under the Site Supervisor (Transportation Coordinator). Schedule: Fri 12:00–8:30, Sat 9:00–5:30, Sun 10:00–6:30, on-site.

Pay: $21.00 hourly. Qualifications include a CA driver’s license with a clean record, ability to de‑escalate, TB test, CPR/First Aid certification, and willingness

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Experience in transportation of others
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate empathy and concern with a high risk population
• CA Driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass TB test
• Willing to become CPR/First Aid Certified and get flu shot
• Familiarity with San Fernando Valley
• Interested in working with young adults ages18-30 in a residential capacity

Responsibilities

• Ensure participant safety, welfare, and professionalism; use de‑escalation skills when needed.
• Provide transportation for participants and staff, including airport pick‑ups/drop‑offs, and assist with luggage.
• Operate passenger vans safely, following all California traffic laws.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete required interior/exterior inspections each shift.
• Report vehicle issues, repairs, accidents, or safety concerns immediately; maintain accurate vehicle logs.
• Communicate regularly with the treatment team and maintain positive, professional relationships.
• Attend required trainings and maintain TB, CPR, and First Aid certifications; perform other duties as assigned.
