Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in market or clinical research is advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct subject interviews to assess preliminary eligibility according to study protocols.
• Explain study objectives, procedures, risks, and participant responsibilities clearly.
• Obtain informed consent from eligible subjects before procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for enrolled subjects and answer participation questions.
• Support subject engagement and retention throughout the study.
• Schedule and manage subject study visits per protocol timelines.
• Prepare visit materials and ensure all assessments are completed on time.
• Maintain inventory control and reconcile investigational products.
• Receive, store, dispense, and return IP per protocol and sponsor requirements.
• Collaborate with monitors, the Clinical Project Management team, and site staff.
• Assist in recruitment and scheduling via phone screening.
