Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in market research or clinical research preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct subject interviews to assess preliminary eligibility per protocol.
• Explain study objectives, procedures, risks clearly to participants.
• Obtain informed consent from eligible subjects prior to procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for enrolled subjects and answer questions.
• Support subject engagement and retention throughout the study.
• Schedule and manage subject visit timelines and reminders.
• Prepare visit materials and ensure protocol-required assessments.
• Maintain inventory control of investigational products.
• Receive, store, dispense, and return IP per protocol.
• Collaborate with monitors and site staff to support study success.
