Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant program experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with 2-3 years in criminal justice fields, or a high school diploma with 3-5 years of related program experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete Board related investigations as a non-sworn Probation and Parole Officer.
• Gather and verify details regarding criminal convictions and supervision histories.
• Maintain case files, initiate legal reviews, and monitor problem cases for swift resolution.
• Maintain a professional communication network inside and outside of the Department.
