Qualifications

• Multiple years experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant.
• Experience with bankruptcy litigation preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Willing to work on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for bankruptcy trial preparation and litigation.
• Coordinate information from various parties with discretion and independent judgment.
• Apply knowledge of bankruptcy law and agency policies to support programs.
• Work closely with assigned attorney or government official to provide required assistance.
• Research sources for facts related to matters of interest to the Program.
• Assist with preparation for hearings, including pleadings and exhibits.
