Qualifications

• Experience directly hiring Owner-Operators in a logistics environment (intermodal/drayage).
• Knowledge of regional port operations and Southeast drayage dynamics preferred.
• Ability to build driver networks locally without heavy reliance on remote recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Local Recruiting: drive active, high-volume sourcing and enrollment of owner-operators for the Savannah market.
• Support Network Capacity: scale and fill Savannah’s capacity pipeline.
• Manage Candidate Experience: qualify drivers efficiently for fast onboarding and retention.
