Qualifications

• Experience leading scope, cost, schedule, change, and field coordination on complex construction work.
• Comfort working with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, procurement logs, and project controls.
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Own or support off-site manufacturing planning, prefab coordination, vendor tracking.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, and engineers.
• Keep project documentation current and accurate.
