Qualifications

• Experience leading scope, cost, schedule, change, and field coordination.
• Comfort working with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, procurement logs, and project controls.
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Own or support construction package oversight, field coordination, schedule, QA, and turnover.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current and useful for execution and turnover.
