Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Strong Project Manager with hands-on experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Finance (AP, AR, GL) and Oracle Cloud to lead ERP initiatives in Newport Beach, CA. You will drive delivery, ensure scope, timelines, and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will act as Scrum Master, promote best practices, manage risks, and report status to senior leadership while ensuring governance compliance and a smooth transition to Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing finance ERP implementations in Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Hands-on involvement with Oracle Fusion applications and integrations.
• Proven ability to govern complex ERP projects with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality objectives are met.
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee integration and implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft Finance modules and support transition to Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and customers.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
• Strong Oracle technical background.
• Require working from office – Newport Beach, CA.
