Job summary

KING AND GEORGE LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Supervisory Operations Specialist to oversee contract service delivery on site. You will lead a team, ensure performance, and act as the on-site representative for the Project Manager.

You will enforce safety and QA protocols, coordinate with government stakeholders, and maintain records and reports.

Qualifications include 3+ years supervising O&M or logistics contracts, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role managing O&M, logistics, or support services contracts.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and enforcing performance standards.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training required within 90 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required depending on task location.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (years of experience can substitute).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and direct supervision of assigned personnel.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative of the PM/APM in their absence.
• Ensure compliance with the contract’s technical and performance requirements.
• Coordinate with government representatives and other stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance and take corrective action as required.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain records and prepare reports as directed by the Project Manager.
• Participate in Quality Control inspections and respond to deficiencies.
• Assist in training personnel on SOPs and safety practices.
